American Association of Fundraising Counsel and AAFRC Trust for Philanthropy  
Member firms of the AAFRC provide fundraising counsel and direction to nonprofits in North America, whose goals directly relate to philanthropy. This organization's purpose is to advance the field of fundraising and promote philanthropy.

America's Charities 
America's Charities, a coalition of national and community-based charitable organizations, offers individuals the opportunity to contribute to its member charities through workplace giving campaigns.

Association of Fundraising Professionals  
Effective January 1, 2001, the National Society of Fundraising Executives became the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). The organization's overall mission is to advance philanthropy and the fundraising profession.

Capaciteria is a free, comprehensive searchable database directory of administrative resources that helps nonprofits leverage their own capacity using the trusted source networks of information they rely upon. It assists nonprofits in understanding the various categories of administrative capacity they need to manage their nonprofits and provides them links to resources in those categories, vetted by their peer NGO’s.

Charity Channel
Hosts a variety of discussion forums for nonprofit professionals. Topics include grants and foundations, arts and culture organization fund raising, planned giving, health care philanthropy, laws of tax exempt organizations, volunteering, technology and more.

The Chronicle of Philanthropy
The newspaper of the nonprofit world, the The Chronicle of Philanthropy is published every other week and is available at the Philanthropy Center Library. The Chronicle's website provides a summary of the contents of the current issue, as well as a calendar of upcoming conferences and workshops, job listings, links to additional nonprofit resources, and other useful information.

Council on Foundations  
The Council on Foundations is a nonprofit membership association of grant making foundations and corporations, serving the public good by promoting and enhancing effective and responsible philanthropy.

Cybergrants, Inc.  
CyberGrants uses the Web to bring grant makers and seekers together. Nonprofits can create and submit on-line grant proposals, which Cybergrants then matches with prospective funders at no charge to the grant seeking organization.

Environmental Grantmakers Association  
A website for environmental grant making.

The Florida Philanthropic Network  
The Florida Philanthropic Network's mission is to organize foundations to develop and promote a philanthropic voice within the state, and to create a space for dialogue and advance joint efforts among nonprofits, business, and government to constructively address critical public policy issues facing Florida's residents. It envisions a state where all sectors - government, corporate, and nonprofit - engage in constructive dialogue and work together to promote the best interests of the residents of Florida.

The Foundation Center  
An independent nonprofit information clearinghouse that collects, organizes, analyzes, and communicates information on foundations, corporate giving, and related subjects. Individuals may research foundations using the Center's online Foundation Directory at the Olin Library on the Rollins campus or at the Philanthropy Center offices at 200 E. New England Avenue in Winter Park, FL.

Grant Professional Network  

GuideStar is a database that provides information on 501 (c) (3) nonprofits, including program descriptions, IRS 990s and 990PFs, newsletters, and press releases from the organizations.

Heart of Florida United Way  
Heart of Florida United Way is Central Florida's most comprehensive health and human services charity, meeting the community's volunteer and gifts-in-kind needs while serving as the largest provider of funds to the area's most critical health and human service programs.

Independent Sector  
A national coalition of grantmakers and nonprofits that conducts research and works on public policy matters affecting nonprofits.

Lifelong Learning Institute

Winter Park Public Library & the Lifelong Learning Institute The Lifelong Learning Institute at the Winter Park Public Library is the adult education arm of the Library. Seminars, workshops and programs support learning for adults beyond the classroom. National Center for Charitable Statistics  
The National Center for Charitable Statistics (NCCS) is the national repository of data on the nonprofit sector in the United States. Its mission is to develop and disseminate high quality data on nonprofit organizations and their activities for use in research on the relationships between the nonprofit sector, government, the commercial sector, and the broader civil society.

Network for Good  
Network for Good offers a guide to local and national charities with information on how to donate, volunteer, and speak out on a variety of issues related to philanthropy and the nonprofit sector.

Nonprofit Times  
The website for this monthly newspaper for nonprofits features stories and columns from the print edition and also includes "Ask Dr. NonProfit," a special feature found only on the online version. The Nonprofit Times is available at the Philanthropy Center Library.

Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida  
The mission of The Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida is to enable a thriving nonprofit community by equipping nonprofit leadership, facilitating collective action and enhancing public understanding. The Center was established in 2002 as an organization to support and advocate for a strengthened nonprofit sector in Northeast Florida.

Online Fundraising Resources  
An online class in researching and funding presented by the Philanthropy Center.  
One of the nation's oldest and largest nonprofit technology assistance agencies, offers nonprofits assistance in determining and addressing technology needs. 

YNPN Orlando  
YNPN Orlando is an emerging chapter of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network. YNPN Orlando is led by a group of dedicated young professionals in the nonprofit sector to build a network and exchange information about key issues relevant to the local, state and national nonprofit sector.
