MISSION DELIVERY
Everything related to the effectiveness & efficiency of the services & programs nonprofits offer and how they bring their organizational missions to life. Examples of educational experiences in this category include:

All the organizational functions that serve as inputs and assess/inform organizational capacity. Examples of educational experiences in this category include:

REVENUE GENERATION
The various ways nonprofits generate and account for revenue. Examples of educational experiences in this category include:

BOARD DEVELOPMENT
How boards can meet and exceed minimum expectations of what they are required to do, expected to do and should do to help their organization succeed. Examples of educational experiences in this category include:

CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS
EBI's certificate programs provide nonprofit professionals with the opportunity to specialize in either nonprofit leadership or digital fundraising. Both programs require participants to complete required workshops within a set period of time. Neither certificate is accredited or includes transferable credits towards a degree program.
EBI Workshop Cancellation Policy**
EBI Workshop Cancellation Policy**: All cancellations are subject to a $15 cancellation fee. Individuals who must cancel their registration may select one of the following options, provided that they submit their cancellation to the Edyth Bush Institute in writing (ebi@rollins.edu) no later than three (3) working days* prior to the workshop start date: Designate an alternate person to attend or receive a refund of the tuition fee, less the $15 cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for a refund and will be held responsible for all unpaid fees. *If the workshop is on Tuesday, we must receive your cancellation by the close of business the prior Thursday.
**This policy does not apply to any discounted workshops where an alternate cancellation policy has been provided. Nor does it apply to the registration fee required when applying for the certificate in nonprofit leadership.
