The Rollins College Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership proudly presents the Inaugural Summit on Innovation, a two-day event designed to embolden and inspire nonprofit professionals, leaders, and board members. It will be held May 22-23, 2018 in Orlando, Florida.

The Bridgespan Group (Bridgespan), a nationally recognized leader on innovation capacity in nonprofit organizations will identify themes and trends for nonprofit organizations in our region, including strengths and areas for development. Prior to the Summit, attendees will complete the Innovation Capacity Diagnostic Survey developed by The Bridgespan Group in partnership with The Rockefeller Foundation. Each organization will receive their own results.

On Day One of the Summit, Laura Lanzerotti from Bridgespan will discuss the results of the local and national assessments and how it applies to your organization. In the afternoon, Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business Entrepreneur in Residence, Dr. Peter McAlindon, will engage the audience on the topic of leadership in an innovative organization. Mingle with presenters and colleagues at a cocktail reception.

Laura Lanzerotti will facilitate a limited attendance, interactive workshop for up to 25 teams of 2-3 people on Day Two. Central Florida nonprofit teams will identify their organization's strengths and innovation capacity development opportunities; learn from other nonprofit teams; and identify specific action steps to build their innovation capacity over the coming months.
