COVID-19 dramatically accelerated remote work opportunities. Nonprofits are not immune to the challenges of living, leading, and working in this new 'digital' work environment. This webinar is specifically for nonprofit managers, and will demonstrate how the processes and environment of a remote workplace may impact their leadership style. Specifically, this training will discuss remote work leading success practices, and building a remote work culture.

Dr. Michael G. Strawser, principal of Legacy Communications Training and Consulting, LLC, and Assistant Professor of Communication at the University of Central Florida, delivers workshops, keynote addresses, and communication consulting services on topics ranging from talent management to teamwork. Michael offers individuals, large and small businesses, and professional organizations a range of communication-based training and development, and is a recognized generational consultant. His work on generational differences has been featured on Newsradio 840 WHAS, Orlando Business Journal, Louisville Courier Journal, and Louisville Business First.
