In the past month, conversations on race have unveiled important work that requires considerable thoughtfulness and action. The last two Timely Talks for Nonprofit Leaders created space for participants to listen and learn about challenging realities in our nation. As a community, we began to understand how the issue of racial justice affects our Central Florida nonprofit sector. Similarly, we see a shared spirit to engage in meaningful work towards change.

Timely Talks for Nonprofit Leaders is a virtual roundtable to discuss relevant challenges in our current environment. For this session, we take the guidance offered by Dr. Ruth Edwards to actively listen and develop plans for a more racially inclusive sector and we will continue to discuss racial equity in the Central Florida nonprofit sector.

Thank you for this continuation of conversation for a more just society and we look forward to hosting you, soon.

Please note that due to the nature of this event, you must register by 12:00pm (noon) on July 15th in order to attend.

There is a limited number of attendees for each session, so please check the other session if this event is full.

We will try and fit those on the Waitlist in a first come first serve basisAccordingly, we will host additional sessions.
