The Certificate in Leadership Practice is designed for nonprofit professionals who want to become respected leaders in their field. During this leadership immersion experience you will develop a road map to maximize your potential and help you overcome hindrances to success.

You will engage in four interactive sessions that help you identify and understand your own leadership style. It will challenge you to leverage your personal strengths.

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of your own leadership style through self assessment
  •   Apply and integrate leadership concepts into a variety of real life situations
  •   Understand how to lead in an inclusive environment
  •   Learn about overcoming personal bias
  •   Understand your emotional intelligence and how to work with others
  •   Understand organizational dynamics and the role leaders play at all levels
  • Become a more effective leader within your current, or future leadership positions

The fee is $1,200 for members and $1,850 for nonmembers, inclusive of all training materials and assessments.
