As your organization expands, you transition leadership, or perhaps your organization battles with turnover, hiring can be challenging and time consuming.

Join Aaron Strickland with the Predictive Index as he begins to address the following:

  • The value of understanding a person’s inherent drives to predict needs and behaviors in the workplace
  • The danger of our people’s needs NOT being met (disengagement, performance issues, unwanted attrition)
  • The concept of behavioral diversity and strong, purposeful person-to-job alignment in every role
  • Raising our own self-awareness and understanding how our personal behavior affects those we lead
  • Understanding why people don’t do what’s expected of them and how we can both mitigate and support

This will give you an insight into considering another perspective as you look for the best candidate who will carry your mission forward, embody the skills needed to thrive, and have the greatest potential to grow at your organization.
