Are you dreading the long lists of things to do?  Concerned you will be doing it all alone?  Wondering how to make it more compelling?  This workshop is for you!  Whether new to fundraising or a seasoned professional, you will benefit from learning practical, proven strategies that will invigorate your year-end campaign, breathing fun into every phase and making it a celebration for you and your donors.

This interactive workshop will include the following learning objectives:

  • Creating Donor-Centric Appeals that touch the heart and increase giving
  • How to consistently use your message to get the biggest impact and return including segmenting and personalizing
  • Best practices for maximizing your campaign with direct mail, email, phone, visits, social, crowd funding and peer to peer

Instructor: Martha Mannarino, BridgeIt


Martha Mannarino is the owner of Bridge It, a company dedicated to bridging the gaps that exist in non-profit organizations and is a trusted partner with special expertise in the areas of fundraising, special events, marketing and talent development.  She has more than 20 years of demonstrated success and has held senior management positions at Easter Seals Florida, UCP of Central Florida and Shepherd’s Hope where she was responsible for generating more than $10 million in revenue.  She has managed major special events including high-end galas, celebrity golf tournaments, fundraising breakfasts with demonstrated outcomes.  In addition, Martha offers a unique perspective as she has a proven track record in marketing and business development having spent half her career as the Marketing Director of shopping centers including Seminole Towne Center and The Florida Mall as well as Special Events and Director of Tourism at The Gardens Mall.  

In addition, she currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Program Chairperson for Women’s Executive Council and as a Committee Chairperson with AFP of Central Florida.  She received her B.A. in Communications from Florida Atlantic University.
