Volunteers have an enormous impact on the well-being and health of our communities. Volunteers are a critical part of every nonprofit organization, learn about how you can recruit, engage and retain volunteers to further your mission.

The Edyth Bush Institute conducted a non-scientific survey of volunteers in the Central Florida community and gained information about the following:

  • The type of organization they would like to volunteer for.
  • How they would most like to be recruited to a new volunteer opportunity.
  • The type of volunteer opportunity they most prefer.
  • The kind of volunteer supervision/feedback they prefer.
  • The likelihood of  financially support an organization where they also volunteer.

Join us for this webinar to learn the results of the survey and how your organization can implement the findings to increase your volunteer base, engage volunteers and retain volunteers. We will also compare and contrast 2015 and 2018 findings!
