Grants management is key to the programmatic success and fiscal sustainability of organizations today. Organizations' that maximize grants management are able to foster funder relationships and generate reliable measurements of success that are vital to future funding opportunities. This workshop teaches participants best practices and pro-tips for optimal management of grants. Participants in the workshop will learn the essentials of successful grant management practices including:

  • Fiscal management of grant funds
  • Optimizing implementation of grant funded activities
  • Tracking and improving outcomes
  • Funder reporting
