Ayana Alexander, Assistant Director, Educational Experiences
Ayana Alexander is the Assistant Director, Educational Experiences at the Edyth Bush Institute responsible for open enrollment training and education.
Ayana is a true Floridian. She has resided in Central Florida for over 20 years and enjoys calling the Sunshine State home. Her passion for serving others began at a young age within her family business, and through this experience blossomed over 20 years of child welfare and non-profit experience. Ayana is passionate about the success of others and the enrichment of her community. She is a powerful force in any setting and uses her positive attitude and untiring energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
Ayana is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she earned an MS in Criminal Justice and a BA in Psychology. She also holds an AS in Funeral Services from Miami Dade College and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Additionally, she has earned a certificate in Digital Fundraising from Indiana University and Rollins College, as well as a certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Rollins College.
Ayana remains inspired daily by her family and her two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, soccer, and shopping.
