Organization's mission:

We champion human dignity by designing solutions to the social problems that infringe upon it. Our current efforts are focused on revitalizing distressed neighborhoods in Orlando, Florida in order to alleviate the burden of concentrated poverty.


Brief Description of Organization's Programs & Services

We are an intermediary organization that works simultaneously with leaders who want to make an impact in a defined area while also working with those being directly affected. This affords us a unique and valuable perspective. We serve as guide, facilitator, and evaluator. We currently run programs for a number of fee-for-service clients and nonprofit partners. Our focus is concentrated investment in distressed neighborhoods using asset-based community develop among other models of community development work.


Skills and talents of ideal candidate:

The ideal board candidate is someone who is willing to share their time and talents, and be an advocate for our work and mission. Specific skills or experience that are helpful include donor and partner development, event management, human resources, business management, and finance.
