Min Sun Kim is the Program Manager at the Edyth Bush Institute, and is responsible for overseeing programs in the following areas: fundraising, marketing, advocacy, social media, technology, financial management, and volunteer management. She additionally oversees the Central Florida Compensation and Benefits Survey, the Grant Professional Affinity Group, and the newest program, Successful Start: Bootcamp for New Nonprofit Executive Directors.
Throughout her career, Min has joined organizations, both nonprofit and for-profit, during transitional periods. Her keen eye for details, fresh outlook to improve or maintain current processes, and her ability to bring a diverse team together, has moved organizations towards positive change and a unified brand. She is a proud graduate from the University of Central Florida and offers over 9 years of experience working in the high school classroom, a revolutionary healthcare technology company, and the nonprofit sector.
Her nonprofit experience, while at Harbor House and the Assistance Fund, includes overseeing key annual events, serving as the in-house marketing department, working on a team to develop the nationally recognized R3 app, managing logistics of capital campaigns, stewarding donors, and being a key team player for both the marketing and development departments.
