Join us for "PeerLab” -  directed by leaders from the nonprofit sector that have used innovative approaches or demonstrated best practices in each of their respective organizations. You will walk away with examples of what’s working in our sector and potential strategies and new ideas to implement at your own organization.

The topic is “Nonprofit Organizations – Challenges, Responses, and Solutions”

Increasingly, the nonprofit sector is faced with complex challenges that require unique responses and solutions. From continued worldwide economic uncertainty, to a shortage of qualified development professionals with sector specific experience, to the lack of sufficient funding for infrastructure support, many nonprofit organizations are confronted with very real workplace concerns.

Are there opportunities for your organization to do more, deepen its impact, and deliver more compelling results? What’s standing in your way? Is it a need to be more creative and innovative in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining top talent? Nonprofit organizations across the country struggle with these challenges. Join us for this interactive session and let’s share best practices and innovations with one another.

The peer-led exchange is interactive, unscripted, and engaging… you won’t want to miss this event.
