Instructor: Mark Freid, President, and Audrey Perrott, Social Media Manager, Think Creative, Inc.

Mark Freid is the founder of Happiness Counts (happinesscounts.com) and owner of Think Creative Inc. (thinkcreativeinc.com), an award-winning branding and marketing firm based in Orlando, Florida that is driven by a “Culture of Gratitude.” He is also the featured brand expert on the Travel Channel’s number one show, Hotel Impossible.

Mark comes into the office every day with a single goal – to inspire the team to think creatively, work strategically and play nice (or else). He’s also in charge of convincing everyone that even the craziest ideas are worth considering, a skill he uses on team members and clients alike. Of all the things Mark does, the things he loves most are building teams, empowering individuals and helping clients find their souls…and go for their goals.

Besides driving the Think Creative ship, Mark is also one of the Orlando Sentinel's "Central Florida 100," sits on the Healthy Winter Park committee of the Winter Park Health Foundation, serves as Board President of the Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center of Florida, writes short stories and runs long races (3 Ironman races, numerous marathons, ultra-distance trail runs and a recent run across the Grand Canyon). He is also a frequent keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, focusing on organizational culture, creating happy workplaces and "Using our Power" to inspire individuals and impact community.

Mark earned a BA from Tulane University, a Certificate of Leadership Practice from Rollins College, and graduated from the Crummer Management Program, the Leadership Mastermind Alliance and the Corporate Athlete Program at the Human Performance Institute. Mark writes, speaks and conducts workshops on leadership, culture, and Why Happiness Matters. He is the father of Jacob (18), Sophie (16) and Joseph (10), and the husband of Stephanie. His favorite saying is, “Yes.” Followed by “Now let’s figure out how.”

As the social media manager at Think Creative, Inc., Audrey seeks creative ways to develop and share the stories of clients. She has experienced firsthand the joy of turning social media connections into real-life friends, and loves to help clients turn followers into advocates. She has a knack for spreadsheets and analytics with a strong dose of creative thinking — a unique combination that serves clients two-fold. After graduating from the University of Florida, she returned to her hometown Orlando because she adores this big-small city and the tight-knit community it’s become (she is mildly obsessed with following local businesses, makers, and foodies on Instagram). Early in her career, Audrey led the award-winning communications team at A Gift For Teaching for seven years, where they paved the way for using social media in the nonprofit world. She is an OBJ Forty Under 40 winner and has multiple FPRA Image awards to blush about, including the top award that she and her team won twice. Audrey has an unapologetic zest for life and truly wants to enjoy every waking minute, which really cuts into her sleep, as does having a husband, a sewing machine, two amazing kids, and a few children’s books in the pipeline. Still, she will always make time for a Zumba class or Just Dance competition because in her words, “Sometimes you just gotta dance.”
