One of the most problematic concerns for executive directors and founders is who will follow in their footsteps to sustain their organization. This one day event will examine how from this day forward, a new, mid-career, or seasoned ED can ensure the longevity and sustainability of his or her beloved organization from the cultural standpoint. By using the Level 5 leader research discovered by accident in the greatest organizations, executives in this training will be able to hire, assess, and develop their organizations along the lines of Jim Collins’ "Good to Great” work. A level 5 has a great history of high performance, selfless team play, fair, compassionate, and firm management style, visionary influence and persuasion, and finally a rare combination of personal humility and relentless pursuit of results.

Participants will learn to execute on the two most important key dimensions of leader and manager performance: 1) interpersonal relationship acumen, and 2) exceptional performance metrics.

Cost:$160 members, $320 non-members
