Requirement to take this workshop: Certificate of Volunteer Management

Skills-based volunteering is a rising topic in the sector.  The reason is now more than 50% of companies channel the talent of their employees to nonprofit organizations to increase employee morale and retention.

For nonprofits, skills-based volunteers allow organizations to leverage a greater set of skills, experiences, and talents. These volunteers can be financial analysts, public relations crisis planners, graphics gurus, website designers or systems engineers. Whether you engage them individually or through your business partnerships, your organization can address and solve specific challenges and offer strategically meaningful opportunities.

Join us for an interactive, discussion-based workshop to dive deep into this topic. We will address your nonprofit's readiness and how to begin or further engage skills-based volunteers for a mutually beneficial partnership.

Cost: $80 members, $160 non-members
