Nonprofits are beginning to engage with young professionals through “Young Executive Committees.”  There is a rising demand for it. Millennials account for over a third of the workforce and they want to use their skills for the greater good. Corporations are experiencing an increased demand for corporate social responsibility programs and initiatives in order to retain younger employees.

Here in Central Florida, individuals who are part of Young Executive Committees are invited to sit on boards as active members and are fundraising and supporting the strategic direction of the nonprofits they serve. Come hear from a group of individuals who have made Young Executive Committees successful at organizations here in Central Florida and see how you can engage this generation of professionals.

Networking and Breakfast from 8:30-9:00 am, the Program will begin promptly at 9:00 am.

Facilitator: Karen Revels, Sr. Manager of Philanthropy, Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership

Panelists to be announced.

Cost: $40 members, $55 non-members
